Morfologia | Morfometria
Spine dorsali (totale): 0; Raggi dorsali molli (totale): 56-61; Spine anali 0; Raggi anali molli: 51 - 55; Vertebre: 64 - 67. Caudal fin rays 8-9. Premaxillary teeth absent or 1-15 present anteriorly on each premaxillary. Complete set of uniserial row of simple triangular, anteriorly slanting canines on each side of lower jaw. Pectoral fins notched.
