背棘 (總數): 0; 背的軟條 (總數): 8; 臀棘 0; 臀鰭軟條: 7. Dorsally and laterally, basal pigmentation light grey or brown, with a few dark, poorly defined blotches. Cheeks with uniform basal pigment, without distinct markings. Ventral surface unpigmented. Lappets absent (Ref 53033).
