Dorsale stekels (totaal): 2; Dorsale zachte stralen (totaal): 4; Anale zachte stralen: 11; Wervels: 35. Extremely elongate first pectoral-fin element. Length of Caudal peduncle 23.0% SL. Elongate snout. Body sides with well-defined rows of enlarged elongate tubercles. Well-defined fold of skin where branchiostegal membranes meet (Ref. 56231).
Found in turbid lake with moderate current and sandy bottom (Ref. 56231).
