Diagnosis: fronto-parietal fontanel narrow, pore-like, but present; head length/snout length 3.5; 34-35 lateral line scales; 5.5 scales between lateral line and dorsal fin; 13 predorsal scales; 18 anal fin branched rays; 12-14 gill rakers on lower limb of first gill arch; 6 teeth in outer premaxillary row (Ref. 80290).
