Five specimens (25.0-34.5 cm TL) were caught from the coast of the city of Basrah, northwestern corner of the Arabian Gulf (29° 47’ 55.71’’N, 48° 43’ 32.9’’ E) last March 7, 2012. These new records extend to the northwest the species range in the Arabian Gulf coasts (Ref. 97602). |
