Known from Lake Tanganyika and inflowing streams (Ref. 4967) and Songwe River, tributary of Lake Rukwa (Ref. 101145). It can be found in inshore rocky areas of Lake Tanganyika, and rapid sections of rivers; one of the most common species in the rivers (Ref. 4967). |
