Comments:
Introduced accidentally into Russia together with Chinese carp fry collected from the wild. Partially displaced local species in Tashkent where the species shows higher growth annd fecundity than in its native range (Ref. 13364). Possibly a misidentification of Micropercops cinctus (E. Khurshut, pers. comm.).
