Comments: Found only in the upper Roanoke, upper Dan and upper Chowan River systems (in Roanoke River drainage) in Virginia (Ref. 5723). Known from Roanoke River (Atlantic Ocean) (Ref. 41482). Status of threat: endangered; status same as 1989. Criteria: 1,5 (http://fisc.er.usgs.gov/afs/) (Ref. 81264).
