Type locality, Mouth of Bais Bay, Negros, ROM 55042 (holotype of Aseraggodes winterbottomi, 4.15 cm SL, male). Collected from Negros (Bais Bay) and Siquijor (Tonga Point) by an expedition sponsored by the Royal Ontario Museum of Toronto (Ref. 75879).
