Specimens were collected from Lagu Lagu creek, Layog River at Balinsasayao, and at the Daguitan bridge, Leyte in 1993 (Ref. 7223). Type specimen (male, 3.35 cm) collected from a creek at barrio Puru, Legaspi, Albay Province; other specimens from Rawis River (male, 2.4-3.3 cm; females 2.2 - 3.7 cm) (Ref. 439).
