Comments: Type locality, río Aguaytía, río Negro, upper río Ucayali basin, Aguaytía, Padre Abad, Ucayali, MUSM 35490 (holotype fo Hemibrycon mikrostiktos, 4.44 cm SL). Found in río Aguaytía, upper río Ucayali drainage in Ucayali (Ref. 85819).
