Environment:  benthopelagic; marine
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: southern Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on shallow, low reef on sand with sparse tall weeds in seagrass areas (Ref. 9002). Feed mostly on weed shrimps (Ref. 9002).
