 After cooking, the meat is white and has soft and juicy consistency. Canned products in tomato sauce and smoked products in oil can also be prepared from frozen hake. It is frozen intact immediately after catching, in dressed and beheaded form and in fillet form. If raw fish are retained for a long time before freezing, the meat acquires an unpleasant smell and poor consistency.
