Fish affected:    
Symptoms: Can occur in specific organs like the gall bladder or gills. Organ failure would most probably affect the fish and secondary bacterial infection could also occur.  
Treatments: No treatment. Remove and euthanase infected fish. But fish with mild infection will probably survive if optimal care were given.  
Prophylaxis:    
Remarks: This spores cannot infect other fish in the aquarium for it needs an 'intermediate host'.
