Comments: Type locality of the holotype of Chiloglanis kerioensis: 'Kenya, Rift Valley Province, Barwessa River (Barwessa Village) near Lake Kamnarok, georeferenced 00.63505° N, 35.618126° E' (Ref. 105400). Known from upper Kerio River, Lake Turkana basin (Ref. 105400).
