Max. size:  2.09 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish, amphidromous
Distribution:  Asia: currently known from Lagu Lagu creek in Leyte, Philippines. Also from Kagoshima, Japan (Ref. 96269).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Adults inhabit relatively swift streams over boulders (Ref. 26366). Possibly amphidromous (Ref. 26364).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 20 January 2019 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
Country info:  Currently known only from Lagu Lagu creek on the western slope of Leyte. Endemic status computed from FishBase data (country records, occurrences records in literature and in point data) on 16/07/08. Also Ref. 94476.
