Max. size:  12.5 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; brackish; marine; depth range 10 - 30 m, amphidromous
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in coastal waters. Enters estuaries (Ref. 4833). Diet depend on size; small fish (<6.9 cm) eat small crustaceans including copepods, whereas larger fish (>7.0 cm) have a generalized diet of amphipods, polychaetes and detritus (Ref. 31455).
