Country info:  Type locality: Cavite, Luzon Island, CAS (SU) 9249 (also registered as USNM 53070, but specimen with CAS) (Ref. 75154). Another male specimen (3.04 cm SL) was collected from an idle fish pond of Western Philippines University Puerto Princesa Campus, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Island. Also teported from Sorsogon, Bolinao, Bulacan and the Malampaya Sound in Palawan (Ref. 126077).
