Max. size:  15.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic-neritic; marine; depth range 6 - 82 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Madagascar, Red Sea and Persian Gulf, east to the Timor Sea and the Philippines, South and East China seas, and north to Tosa Bay, Kochi, southern Japan.
