Dorsal soft rays (total): 180-185; Anal soft rays: 120-140; Vertebrae: 127-131. This species is distinguished by the following characters: six supraorbital, eight infraorbital, ten preoperculo-mandibular, and three temporal large pores; it has a welldefined dark medial stripe on the lower surface of the snout; pectoral fin length 39-48% of head length; preanal pores 46-50; total vertebral number 127-131, precaudal vertebrae 58-61 (Ref. 124214). |
