Max. size:  6 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; marine; depth range 503 - 548 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Caribbean sea and Off Nicaragua.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-9; Anal soft rays: 22-25. Body pale yellowish or whitish, sprinkled with black chromatophores in alcohol. Two long groups of photophores. Branchiostegal rays: 8 (Ref. 37473).
Biology:  Adults taken in bottom hauls (Ref. 37473).
