Family:  Scyliorhinidae (Cat sharks), subfamily: Scyliorhininae
Max. size:  54 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 329 - 676 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Caribbean slope off Barbados, Lesser Antilles, Hispaniola, and Jamaica; also from Honduras to Colombia.
Diagnosis:  Obtusely rounded snout. Back and sides pale yellowish brown.
Biology:  Found on continental and insular slopes. Oviparous (Ref. 50449).
