Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  6 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 6 - 7; dH range: 5 - 12, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: known only from the area around Mbonge, southwestern Cameroon.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in swamps, swampy parts of brooks and small streams in the coastal rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Bottom spawner, 1 month. Is easy to maintain in the aquarium (Ref. 27139).
