Max. size:  7 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 5.80000019073486 - 7.19999980926514, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Lower Sanaga system, western Cameroon (relict-like distribution).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in the swampy parts of brooks in the rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Bottom spawner, 1 month incubation. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
