Diagnosis:  This species can be distinguished from its congeners by the following set of characters: naked gular region (vs. gular region with plates); and presence of 5 lateral series of plate rows on anterior region of the body (vs. 4) (Ref. 128687).
Biology:  Known from small, forest creek (Ref. 128687).
