Max. size:  77.7 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 239 - 695 m
Distribution:  Western Pacific: off eastern Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on upper continental slope (Ref. 114953). Lengths of juvenile males ranged between 23.3-34.3 cm TL, smallest juvenile 20.4 cm TL (Ref. 75649). Males reached maturity at ca. 63 cm TL (Ref. 114953).
