Environment:  demersal; freshwater; pH range: 6.5 - 7.5; dH range: 5 - 12
Distribution:  Asia: Indochina, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Aggressive against conspecifics. Not a brackish water species. Feeds on snails and other benthic organisms.
