Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; depth range 20 - 80 m
Distribution:  Europe: lakes Zürich and Walenstadt, Switzerland.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Lacustrine, in deep waters. Feeds on plankton in midwater and on benthic invertebrates (snails, chironomids). Spawns near shores at depths of 20-80 m. (Ref. 59043).
