| Biology: | Adults inhabit coastal waters near rocky or sandy bottoms. Feed on benthic invertebrates. Solitary (Ref. 2683). Oviparous, distinct pairing during breeding (Ref. 205). Males build dish shaped nests and guard the eggs (Ref. 205). | |||
