Remarks 'Huk dim', i.e., black spots; 'hung paan', i.e., vernacular Cantonese term used for Epinephelus akaara; 'huk dim hung paan', i.e., the grouper that looks like E. akaara (a highly priced fish) except for the appearance of a few large black spots near the dorsal fin.
